JAMES FANNING

CEO and Owner.
Specialist Inclusive Educator.

Our CEO and Owner James Fanning studied in Hertfordshire up until 18 years of age, where he achieved 11 GCSE's and 4 A-Levels in Psychology, Philosophy & Ethics, Physical Education and Photography. After this, James moved to Leeds for university where he studied to be, and graduated as, a specialist inclusive educator. He has worked in 6 different schools in Hertfordshire and Yorkshire, both primary and secondary. His most recent teaching position was as a teacher of Inclusion, Humanities and English at a secondary school in Hertfordshire back in 2020, whilst also working as a support worker in mental health services.

Why I love tutoring: "I decided to be a tutor after being approached by a member of my family to help their youngest son with his SATs preparation. Having spent many hours helping over a number of months, he passed his SATs with flying colours and the joy and appreciation on his face was a sight to behold. From then on I knew I wanted to continue to help people of all ages achieve their academic goals, whether that be Year 2 SATs, GCSEs, A-Levels or any other form of educational qualification. All people can achieve with the correct support, guidance and help to believe in themselves. Teaching and tutoring is a vocation, and one that I have been called to."
